Naomi Mellor is a multi-talented podcast host and producer, entrepreneur and community builder. Since starting her first podcast, Smashing the Ceiling, she has hosted and produced multiple successful shows, with clients including Nestlé and Closer Still Media. She is also the founder of the International Women's Podcast Awards, through which she has forged partnerships with Amazon Music, Wondery and Shure amongst others.

Naomi co-founded Everybody Media Ltd in 2022, to incorporate a production house creating purpose-driven 360 content for brands and individuals, the International Women's Podcast Awards and The Everybody Collective, a community for women and people of marginalised genders in podcasting.
