Gavin has led change and transition for a number of SME media companies, latterly as MD of Ultima Media, from a legacy publishing and events company to a more focused B2B global multi-channel content, data, and intelligence business.

Change and transition has been accelerated by the impact of the pandemic, manifesting itself in all things digital, including the launch of its ‘first’ global digital conference in September 2020. In the past two years, the business has invested in tools and technologies to fulfil its ambitions including a new CRM platform, new websites and a new Business intelligence unit.

His career spans strategic marketing and commercial development in organizations such as BBC Worldwide, Universal Pictures and Archant Dialogue and he recently announced that he has started a new business transformation and cost management partnership with Auditel.
