Proof of your vaccine passports or a negative lateral flow test within 48 hours before the event may be required for entry.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
If Covid-19 guidelines are to change we are able to run the event in inline with all the recommended Covid safety measures
- Mandatory face masks for staff, visitors and exhibitors
- Advanced entrance feature for sanitation and temperature check
- Scheduled attendance timings (AM-PM day1and day2) – controlling maximum numbers within social distancing guidelines
- Official Event App - Ability to pre-schedule appointments and engage with exhibitors pre-show
- One way layout, factoring exhibitor numbers and flow.
- Increased isle sizing where required
- Floor activated touch screens
- Exhibitor and visitor sanitation packs
- Increased cleaning schedule
- Hand sanitizer units throughout the show (on stand and key locations)
- Post show virtual show extension to allow visitors to engage with stands post show from their computer
- Livestream of key content for delegates unable to attend
